523 billion rupees loss due to ban on Tik Tok


A ban on Tik Tok in India could cause a loss of around Rs 523 billion to its parent company, Bytdance. The Chinese newspaper Global Times has released this figure. In the last few years, ByteDance has invested around 74 billion rupees in the Indian market. According to the mobile app review company Censor Tower, TikTalk was downloaded 11.2 million times in India in May, which is 20 percent of the total market.
