After the ban on 59 Chinese Apps, many Indian apps have started making a splash. The download and user login of native apps made by Indian companies such as ShareChat, Roposo, Chingari and GoSocial has increased tremendously. ShareChat has done a record-breaking performance in terms of downloads, touching 5 lakh downloads every hour on this platform.
The Central Government had banned 59 Chinese mobile apps in India on Monday. Indian apps have started getting its benefits. ShareChat is being downloaded about half a million times every hour. In the last 36 hours, about 1.50 crore users have downloaded this app.
The ShareChat app is designed keeping in mind the needs of specific Indian users and has the facility to share the status and photos with the user to follow. It is available on both Android and iOS platforms, where users can download and use it. The country's largest regional social media site, available in Indian languages, says that it has seen a historic rise in the last two days. After the ban on Chinese apps, more than 1 lakh posts have come on ShareChat. These posts have been liked more than 10 lakh times and 5 lakh shares have been shared.
Similarly, Mahendra Group Chairman Anand Mahendra's Haramp also says that social networking site Gosochal has also increased by 20 percent in the last few days. The social media app Trail claims that its app network has grown by 500 times in the last 24 hours, with more than 1.5 million downloads that have continued to grow.
